Agile Hardware Development Training

The Agile approach is no longer limited to software development and is successfully applied in hardware production. Learn how to apply Scrum, Lean, and eXtreme Manufacturing practices to hardware development, both in the design process and mass production.

The training is conducted by the founder of WikiSpeed - the first manufacturer of a car developed iteratively. The course is based on examples from international companies in fields such as automotive, aviation, electronics, and material processing.

The training covers:

How to reduce business risk and increase flexibility.
Which Agile engineering practices can be used in hardware development.
How to reduce the cost of change in the design, testing, and production process.
How to shorten time to market for the product.
